Mile High Musical Tails was founded in October of 2002. It all started with five dog owners interested in having fun dancing with their dogs. This then led to the idea of establishing a dancing venue in Colorado. Club members began attending freestyle classes twice a month. Members also began attending practice sessions twice a month at a local dog training center. We became affiliated with the WCFO in New York in November of 2002. A few freestyle students demonstrated this dancing sport at the "Denver Stock Show" in January 2004.
